- 1–2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Start with a tall glass of filtered water. Cold is best, but you do you.
- Squeeze in the juice from half a fresh lemon.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well, toss in a couple ice cubes if you’re feeling fancy, and sip slow.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a pinch of cinnamon or a slice of fresh ginger. Drink in the morning or as a mid-afternoon reboot.
