Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon into a glass.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon straight into the glass.
  3. Pour in 8-12 ounces of cold or warm water.
  4. Stir with a spoon or fork.
  5. Drink it slowly and adjust with more water if needed.

Notes

Add a dab of honey for sweetness if desired. Best consumed freshly made.
