Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon into a glass, removing any seeds.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and ginger.
- If using, drizzle in the honey.
- Sprinkle in the cayenne, if desired.
- Pour cold water over the mixture.
- Stir with a spoon or shake in a jar until well combined.
- Taste and adjust with more water or sweetener if too tart.
