Description

A refreshing Brazilian drink made with lemon, ginger, chia seeds, and local teas that promotes digestion and wellness.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup brewed Brazilian tea (mate or boldo)
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine water, lemon juice, grated ginger, and brewed tea.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well. Let it sit for about 15 minutes for the chia to puff up.
  3. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  4. Shake well before serving. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
